RSG wanted a members-only training website for their team of 6000+ people to help the team members get up and running, making money as quickly as possible. After getting an understanding of the business, I made an easy to follow, step-by-step learning process, from welcome email, through to starter tutorials and later in-depth tutorials.
There’s a fully featured membership process and Members see an entirely different menu selection when logged in and can swiftly navigate to the section that they need on any given day.
Challenges faced along the way were many, including ensuring there was enough information to be useful to everyone, but not overwhelming new people. There are also many embedded unlisted YouTube videos on each page which were taking a long time to load, so I put a fix in place so now they load swiftly even on mobile phones.
